Call Centre Social Media Campaign

Purpose

As the largest home shopping retailer in Southern Africa, The HomeChoice Group is supported by one of the biggest captive call centres in Cape Town. They had an ongoing need to keep their pipeline of call centre talent full, with a view to addressing their expanding urban middle-income mass market.

Solution

Strategy Recruitment Marketing gathered critical talent and behavioural insights in order to craft creative imagery and content copy to address our ideal target audience. Whilst our client had a prominent product focused social media presence, there was a need to activate awareness of their employer brand and associated job opportunities, within the candidate market place.

Business Impact

Through gathered data, we utilized the power behind a cross pollination of social media channels in order to, not only create a HomeChoice Group Employer Brand following, but to activate a social media recruitment campaign to push potential candidate traffic through to our client’s online applicant tracking system. We amplified our client’s employer brand through providing focused attention on increasing their candidate following as well as encouraging them to participate in the available call centre opportunities.
